Return Policy

Our main goal is for you to love each and every Lullabae purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, we are unable to exchange items at this time.

Please note that the conditions for all return requests are as follows:

  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for Refund or Return for store credit.
  • Returns for Store Credit will receive a store credit voucher to the same account/email the initial order was placed on.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original garment packaging with tags attached.
  • Items must not be purchased on sale or discount.
  • All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return/refund/store credit. 
  • For Returns for Store Credit, we offer one complimentary return pick up per order within the UAE, thereafter shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • For Returns for Refunds, a return fee of AED12 applies.
  • All costs related to shipping/duties/taxes are nonrefundable.
